Magic on arrival only
Dressed in a Red Dinner Jacket, Pete always starts his act with “Meet & Greet” This is a nice touch, so that you’re Guests are aware and familiar of the magician presence at your wedding, as they enter the hotel from the Church or the Civil Service.
Pete will not dive in head first, he will use his professionalism and wait until the guests have settled with their glass of champagne, before he mingles and does his mind blowing magic.
This period of the day is very important for the magician, as there is a lot of hanging around time for your guests before the Breakfast Reception.
PHOTO PERIOD
Through experience, a magician can be a distraction to the photographer. There again if your photographer is keen, the magician can come in handy. Pete will use his judgment and professionalism if he feels magic is required during the photos shoots.
Whether it is outside in the sunshine, around the bar with the lads, sitting down with the elderly, or standing up with the Bridesmaids. Pete will balance out his magic to suit this period of the day.
Act finishes at announcement of the Breakfast Reception.
Magic at reception only
Having a Table Magician performing around the tables of your Reception is a great way for your guests to be entertained while waiting for their courses. It adds a buzz around the Reception allowing your Wedding to flow nicely without making too much noise.
Table Magic starts as soon as the Guests are waiting at the tables whilst the Bride & Groom are greeting their Guests as they enter the dinning area. Magic pauses for a moment, for your fanfare entering and re-starts after Grace.
Table Magic is then performed between and during courses (Except during Main Course)
After the Coffee & Biscuits, Pete will make headway to the Bride & Groom at the Top Table. The timing at this period is perfect for the Newly Weds, as they feel more settled after the mayhem. This is a nice way to seal of the magic and take their minds away from the speeches. Pete will balance his magic to the amount of tables at your reception.
Act finishes at the announcement of the Speeches

AFTER THE RECEPTION MAGIC
(Hanging around Period)
Your Wedding Reception is over and now your “Day Guests” are at a loose end, waiting for the Evening Reception to start. Using a Table Magician during this time of day is becoming very popular. This style of magic is slightly different to the mingling magic. Pete Turner sits with your Guests and entertains them with a small personal magic show at the table. Watching a Table Close up Magic Show kills that hanging on time and funny enough slows down the drinking pace, allowing some of your guests to be in a tidy state for the evening reception. This is more of a low key kind of magic and Pete is equipped with the right kind of material to use for this time of day.
